What is Beam?
Beam is a modern inventory management platform designed for organizations that need to track physical items, manage orders, and maintain full visibility over their warehouse or storage locations. It combines powerful inventory tracking with RFID and barcode scanning, offline support, and flexible configuration to fit a wide range of industries.
Beam runs in any modern web browser and is also available as Android and iOS apps. All versions connect to the same powerful system, so your data stays in sync no matter which device your team uses.

- RFID and barcode scanning Scan items using RFID readers, barcode scanners, QR codes, or NFC tags for fast, accurate operations.
- Stock take Perform inventory counts by scanning items and comparing expected versus actual quantities in real time.
- Tasks and inspections Assign tasks to team members and perform quality inspections with photo documentation.
- Offline support Continue working without an internet connection. All data syncs automatically when you reconnect.
