Order Lines

Order lines are the items and quantities on an order. Each line is one product and how many need to be picked. This guide explains how to add, edit, and remove order lines.

Wijzig orderregels

On the order detail page, open the three-dot menu and choose Wijzig orderregels. The Orderregels screen opens with the order ID, + Toevoegen, and the list of lines. Each line shows the item and picked/total (e.g. 0/3 gepickt). Tap a line to edit; use the trash icon to remove it.

Add lines

1. Tap + Toevoegen.
2. Search for items by name or code, select an item, set the quantity, and tap Voeg X toe (Add X).
3. New lines appear under Nieuwe regels (New lines). Tap Bevestig X nieuwe regel (Confirm X new line) to add them to the order.
4. Items already in the order can be added again to increase the quantity.

Edit a line

1. Tap on the line.
2. The Wijzig orderregel (Modify order line) sheet opens with the item name, Bekijk item (View item), and the counts: Gepickt (picked), Huidig (quantity on order line), Voorraad (stock).
3. Change the quantity with Nieuw aantal (New quantity) using the minus/plus stepper. Tap Wijzigingen opslaan (Save changes) to save. If you made no changes, tap Geen wijziging (No change) to close.

Delete a line

1. Tap the trash icon on the line to remove it from the order.
2. The footer shows how many existing and new lines there are; confirm new lines with Bevestig X nieuwe regel before leaving.

Viewing order lines

Each line shows the item (image and name) and gepickt/totaal (e.g. 2/3 gepickt). The footer shows how many lines are on the order (e.g. "3 regels op deze order"). Tap a line to edit; use the trash icon to remove it.

Orders per item

On the item detail page an ORDERS card shows how many of that item are in orders and how many are te picken (to pick). Open the orders view to see which orders contain the item.

The view has a summary (active orders, te picken, X van Y gepickt), tabs Open, Actief and Klaar with counts, and a list of orders. Each order shows the order ID (e.g. ORD-426325), date, and picking progress for that item (e.g. 2 van 3 gepickt).
